We specialise in High Intensity Resistance/Interval Training also Group Challenges and bootcamps.
You can train one-on-one at the gym or we can meet at one of our outdoor training spots or even in your own home in Caloundra or surrounding suburbs on the Sunshine Coast. We pride ourselves on offering you the client a great experience and helping you to make some long lasting changes to your health and fitness with great research based fitness programs and workouts that are designed to give you great results.
Our focus is on lifestyle change for our clients because if you can't replace bad habits with good ones you will continue to go round the merry go round of gaining weight and losing it instead of learning to maintain a healthy weight. We aim to develop fundamentals and foundations in our client's lives so they can live a long and healthy life.
We are different because we offer health and fitness, instead of one or the other, so both are key pillars for a long and healthy life. Short to medium term challenges are also our strong suit, which helps to target in on a goal for a short period at a higher intensity accelerating results.
Also the competition factor of these challenges naturally makes everybody work harder plus there are lots of rewards along the way, building long lasting friendships with other members of the group, its also lots of fun.
